No Refunds or Returns Policy – Heritage Etchworks
At Heritage Etchworks, each item is custom engraved and made to order with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and entered into production.
Proof Approval
For customized designs, we provide a digital proof prior to engraving. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details. Engraving begins only after final approval is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
