Frequently Asked Questions

Can you create any state?
Yes. We can create designs for U.S. states and can often incorporate a city, hometown, or other location detail as well.

Can I personalize the design further?
Yes. Depending on the available engraving space, you may add a city, name, date, coordinates, or other meaningful detail.

Can the pie plate still be used after engraving?
Yes. The engraving is placed on the exterior of the pie plate, away from the food-contact surface. Always follow the original manufacturer’s care and use instructions.

Will the engraving wash off?
No. The design is permanently laser engraved into the glass.

Can I request changes to my proof?
Yes. Let us know what you’d like adjusted before approving your design.

Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Optional gift wrapping is available.

How long does it take?
Once your proof is approved, orders are typically completed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, provided there are no unexpected delays or additional changes needed.

A meaningful piece made for celebrating home, hometown pride, and the places that become part of your story.
