How It Works

1. Place your order
Choose your preferred options and complete checkout.

2. Send your recipe
Message us a clear photo or scan of the handwritten recipe, the recipe name, and your order number.

3. Review your proof
We’ll create a digital proof showing how your recipe will look on the dish. You may request adjustments before approving it.

4. We engrave your casserole dish
Once approved, your recipe is permanently engraved and prepared for shipment.

Sending Your Recipe

For the best engraving results:

  • Send a clear, high-quality photo or scan

  • Photograph or scan the recipe straight on

  • Use good, even lighting

  • Avoid glare and heavy shadows

  • Send the highest-resolution image available

Older, faded, stained, or well-loved recipe cards are welcome. Those little imperfections are often part of the memory and story behind the recipe.

Proof & Approval

You’ll receive a digital proof before engraving begins.

Please review the handwriting, wording, placement, and overall layout carefully. We will not engrave your dish until you approve the proof.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you use an old or stained recipe card?
Yes. Send us the clearest image you have and we’ll review it for engraving.

Will you change the handwriting?
Our goal is to preserve the original character of the handwriting as closely as possible.

Can the lid be engraved too?
Yes. Optional lid engraving is available if you’d like a coordinated keepsake set.

Can the casserole dish still be used after engraving?
Yes. The engraving is placed on the exterior of the dish, away from the food-contact surface. Always follow the original manufacturer’s care and use instructions.

Will the engraving wash off?
No. The recipe is permanently laser engraved into the glass.

Is this available on other products?
Yes. A handwritten recipe can also be engraved on a pie plate, 8x8 casserole dish, 11x7 casserole dish, or 1.5 qt loaf pan.

Can I request changes to my proof?
Yes. Let us know what you’d like adjusted before approving your design.

How long does it take?
Once your proof is approved, orders are typically completed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, provided there are no unexpected delays or additional changes needed.

A meaningful way to preserve a loved one’s handwriting, favorite recipe, and the memories that come with it.
